What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead legal support on medium-complexity bids and assist senior lawyers on high-complexity deals.
* Draft and negotiate customer and subcontractor agreements, including strategic change control arrangements.
* Provide clear, pragmatic legal guidance to maximise opportunities and manage risk.
* Advise on disputes, new initiatives, and legislative changes.
* Promote compliance and risk management across the business.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external legal providers.
