Overview
About The Role We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of mental health support workers at Choice Support.
We are seeking to support adults to improve their daily living skills – from helping them manage their finances to supporting them to cook a meal. The aim is to promote independence so that they can gain skills and confidence to move on into the community. The people we support have an interest in arts and music, so if this is something you enjoy, you could be enjoying it together. You will also be needed to do some housework and paperwork (IT skills are needed).
Hours
Full time (39 hours per week). 8am to 5pm. Shorter shifts available at the weekends.
Location
Canterbury CT6
About You
Each day is different, so we are looking for someone who is prepared to be flexible and adaptable to change. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working in this sector, a desire to make a difference to the people we support, and will be looking for a challenging but rewarding role. We are a small team, so you must be happy to lone work.
