What you’ll be doing:
As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions while maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care – from GLP-1 weight loss treatments to dermatology, men’s health, and more – supporting each patient’s journey with care and accuracy. Working closely with our dispensing and packing teams, you’ll help ensure medications are processed with precision and dispatched rapidly – meeting our customer promise of safe, high-quality care, delivered in record time.
We welcome Pre-Registration Pharmacists who are soon to qualify and are ready to take their first step into a dynamic, tech-enabled pharmacy environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your clinical knowledge, gain hands-on experience across a wide range of therapeutic areas, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team. With structured onboarding, supportive mentorship, and ongoing professional development, you’ll be well equipped to grow into a confident and capable pharmacist.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
What you'll be doing:
* Working onsite at our Leamington Spa warehouse, ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications.
* Using our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality.
* Accurately checking prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply.
* Preparing medications and liaising with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
* Counselling patients by providing general advice on managing side effects, usage instructions, and other pharmaceutical guidance via email or telephone.
* Recording concise and accurate notes in patient records as required.
* Following operational protocols for prescription processing and escalating issues as needed.
* Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay current with procedures and best practices.
* Maintaining your professional registration and keeping up with continuing education requirements.
What you’ll bring:
* GPhC registration (or pending registration for soon-to-qualify candidates).
* 6+ months of pharmacy experience (can include pre-reg training).
* A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
* A genuine interest in digital healthcare and innovation.
