IT Support Analyst based in London - 2/3 days in office. Up to £50,000 (depending on experience). Outstanding Excel Skills, ServiceNow and SQL. A well-established organisation is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a proactive attitude to support key business systems and contribute to operational success in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
 * Provide 2nd line support for Compliance-specific applications, ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of issues.
 * Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools).
 * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.
 * Maintain system configurations, including user access, permissions, and reference data.
 * Raise and manage support cases with third-party vendors, ensuring timely resolution.
 * Collaborate with internal IT, compliance, and business teams to support upgrades, testing, and deployments.
 * Document support procedures, known issues, and configuration changes.
 * Assist the Compliance team with compiling reports and statistics using Excel and Power BI.
Key Skills and Experience
 * Outstanding Excel skills; confident working with complex spreadsheets and using Excel as a core part of the role.
 * Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is highly desirable.
 * Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is a bonus.
 * SQL knowledge is useful for troubleshooting and data analysis.
 * This role suits a junior-level candidate with the right mindset and enthusiasm; attitude is prioritized over experience.
