Overview
We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and inspirational Director of Wellness & Outdoor Pursuits to join the leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of luxury wellness and leisure offerings, from serene spa experiences to world-class outdoor pursuits, while driving both operational excellence and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction and oversight across wellness, spa, fitness, and outdoor pursuits, with a clear commercial focus.
* Act as a visible, hands-on leader while inspiring and coaching multidisciplinary teams.
* Lead projects from concept through to business planning and successful execution.
* Drive revenue growth and profitability across a dynamic, high-volume, multi-faceted leisure environment.
* Ensure exceptional and consistent guest experiences, always aligned with luxury standards.
* Build a collaborative team culture that fosters innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
* Leverage guest insights and data to celebrate success, refine practices, and evolve offerings.
* Champion change, process improvements, and innovation across all touch points of the guest journey.
* Represent the brand as a warm, professional, and trusted leader in both guest interactions and stakeholder relationships.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 5 years' experience in divisional leadership or equivalent, ideally within luxury leisure, spa, wellness, or hospitality.
* Strong track record of delivering commercial growth and exceptional experiential outcomes.
* Passionate about health, wellness, outdoor pursuits, and luxury guest experiences.
* Innovative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Strategic thinker with proven business development skills and commercial acumen.
* Highly credible leader with extensive experience in managing and developing large, diverse teams.
* Strong communicator and collaborator with a people-first, solution-led approach.

Pay: From £65,000.00 per year
