We are looking for experienced candidates to join our Staff Bank. The role provides administration support across busy departments, acting as a communication link between clinicians, supporting staff and patients to ensure patients are treated within the clinically indicated time‑frame.
The successful candidates will have experience working with computerised data systems, work calmly under pressure, and possess a polite, courteous manner, excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with a proven track record of using initiative and prioritising workload to meet deadlines. Experience of pathway management is advantageous but will be provided for the right candidates.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills and strong interpersonal ability are essential, as the role involves dealing with complex patient pathways and various personnel.
