Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards
Follow health & safety, hygiene, and company procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area
Candidate Requirements:
Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is an advantage but not essential - full training provided
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
What We Offer:
Ongoing, full-time work with the potential for permanent employment
Weekly pay ranging from £12.71 to £15.02 per hour (depending on shift pattern)
Enhanced overtime rates up to £18.32 per hour for weekend work
Shift patterns include:
Morning: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Afternoon: 2:30 PM - Job and Finish
Flexible shifts available throughout the week and on weekends
