Job Description
* Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial properties.
* Ensure compliance with current safety standards and regulations.
* Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems, producing detailed reports where necessary.
* Respond to service requests, diagnosing faults and providing timely solutions.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used.
* Identify and recommend improvements to electrical systems and processes.
* Provide a high standard of customer service to tenants and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Electrician should have:
* A recognised qualification in electrical installation or equivalent.
* Experience in both domestic and commercial electrical systems.
* A sound understanding of current electrical regulations and safety standards.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
