The role
HR Business Partner – 8 Week Interim
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global organisation on a short-term 8-week contract. This is a hands-on, generalist role some focus Employee Relations.
The role:
- Provide day-to-day HRBP support across the full employee lifecycle
- Manage and advise on Employee Relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance)
- Partner with stakeholders across the UK and global business
- Offer pragmatic, commercial HR advice in a fast-paced environment
- Support ongoing HR activity and maintain business continuity during a busy period
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a generalist HRBP, comfortable operating independently
- Employee Relations expertise, able to handle cases end-to-end
- Experience working in a global organisation, with good understanding of UK employment law
- Background within professional services, financial services or fintech
- Able to start immediately and deliver impact in a short-term assignment
This role would suit someone who is immediately available, confident stepping into a busy environment, and able to add value quickly with minimal handover
