About the job
The Business Services Practice Support Team supports around 380 members of our community through delivery of 3 core workstreams: community and engagement, capability and capacity.
We are a small team of 5 people and we work together to organise conferences and events, arrange sessions to help people learn and gain new skills, support our people with personal and professional development through coaching and mentoring, help recruit the right people with the right skills into Business Services Practice roles and lead on various outreach, early talent and capability programmes.
Job description
* Provide administrative support to the team including support for our comms and engagement lead and our learning and development lead.
* Support with the planning and organising of conferences and events.
* Maintain accurate data and MI to support future planning.
* Actively support our comms and engagement strategy by gathering blogs and articles and drafting articles for the newsletter and SharePoint site.
Essential Criteria
* A people person! This role involves meeting and talking to our community members.
* A working knowledge of MS packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of Updating and Editing SharePoint is desirable.
* Great time management skills. This role will be project based and will require juggling a few activities and deadlines at the same time.
* A willingness to learn! We are happy to coach and provide support for the right candidate.
