This is a fabulous opportunity to work for one of the most vibrant and interesting Talent/Entertainment Agencies in the world. Supporting the CEO in a fast paced and sometimes deadline driven role your background will be within Tour Management, Entertainment & Music Management to understand the scope and requirements of this role. You will have 5 years\+ at CEO or Principal levl and know the pressures and expectations of a CEO of this level in a fast paced and demanding industry. Calm under pressure with an even and focused business head on your shoulders this is a very important role for the CEO and team. Excellent all round Executive Assistant skills and wanting a busy and interesting role to dive into. Happy to juggle ever changing schedules and not get ruffled!
The CEO travels and goes on Tour with the clients so you will be A* at international travel & tours with multiple bookings and requests that change all the time. Extensive and ever changing diary management and dealing with complex schedules and requests.
Super smart and always one step ahead this is a business focused role for the CEO and you will liaise with the Private PA on travel matters and logistics.
Liaising with clients and pre-empting problems and dealing with any requests they have and generally keeping the show on the road! Lovely boutique offices with 10 colleagues. Bonus + bens
