Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills to join our data analytics team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization, while liaising with clients and their data analysts to streamline business processes.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights. Strong business-centric communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense.
* Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
* Optimize Qlik applications for performance and scalability.
* Provide training and support to end-users on Qlik tools and data interpretation.
* Document data models, processes, and dashboard logic.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary contact.
* Manage KPIs and monitor their performance regularly.
* Drive continuous improvement through collaboration and feedback.
* Prepare regular reports on performance, contract compliance, and risk management. Analyze supplier data for trends and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience with Qlik Sense.
* Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
* Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling.
* Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau.
* Knowledge of scripting languages.
* Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
