We are seeking a seasoned Analytics Consulting Professional to lead onsite engagements for our marquee CPG/FMCG clients. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between client business stakeholders and our offshore analytics delivery teams. You will drive revenue growth strategies by leveraging advanced data analytics in the areas of Pricing, Promotion, Assortment, and Trade Investment. You will not only interpret data but also manage the deployment of digital decision-support tools, ensuring that insights translate into actionable business value.

Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth strategies by leveraging advanced data analytics in the areas of Pricing, Promotion, Assortment, and Trade Investment.
* Interpret data and manage the deployment of digital decision-support tools.
* Ensure that insights translate into actionable business value.
Qualifications
* Educational Background: MBA, Master’s in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
* Professional Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in Analytics Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or an in-house RGM/Strategy role within a major CPG firm.
* Proven track record of working onsite with clients or senior internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, specifically in an onsite-offshore/hybrid delivery model.
Required Skills
* Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the CPG/FMCG value chain.
* Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in at least two of the following: Strategic Pricing, Trade Promotions Management (TPM/TPO), PPA, or Category Management.
* Familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI/Circana, Kantar) and retailer point-of-sale data.
Preferred Skills
* Analytics Proficiency: Strong grasp of statistical concepts (Regression, Clustering, Elasticity). Ability to guide data scientists on modeling approaches.
* Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint is non-negotiable.
* Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for dashboarding and reporting.
* Functional knowledge of SQL, R, or Python (you do not need to be a developer, but must have some understanding of the code logic and capabilities).
* Functional knowledge (prefer some hands-on experience) of data analytics, statistical models (MMM, Price-Promotions etc.), retail audit data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI) is strongly desirable.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage ambiguity and changing client priorities.
* Strong cultural intelligence for bridging client and offshore team dynamics.
