You'll take ownership of LinkedIn Ads, wider Paid Social, and PPC, driving measurable performance and making sure every pound spent delivers quality leads and pipeline. You'll be the analytical engine behind growth, building and optimising campaigns with a sharp eye on ROI. You'll test, track, and iterate constantly, using insight to fine-tune acquisition strategies and uncover scalable opportunities across channels. You'll work closely with content, design, and product marketing to bring campaigns to life, but your true focus will always be on performance metrics, cost efficiency, and conversion impact.
