Job Description:
As the foremost supplier of quality special needs staffing solutions in the UK, Axcis Education continues to grow, and we are looking to expand our Manchester team by appointing an Associate Education Consultant to strengthen the team further.
About You: We seek an enthusiastic individual interested in a career in recruitment, eager to join a company that celebrates success and supports your growth. The Associate Consultant training programme lasts 6 months, covering all aspects of the 360-recruitment cycle. We require you to have the drive to succeed and a strong work ethic. We will assist you in developing the necessary skills so that by the end of the programme, you will be able to manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients.
The role will include:
* Resourcing teachers and teaching assistants
* Searching job sites and attending career fairs
* Using the company database to recruit candidates
* Writing job adverts
* Interviewing candidates in various settings
* Coordinating with Education Consultants for candidate placement
* Writing candidate profiles
Once confident, you will proceed to client training, which involves:
* Visiting schools
* Marketing candidates
* Business development and lead generation
* Developing and managing client relationships

This is a great opportunity for ambitious individuals with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, presentability, computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential if you demonstrate excellent customer service and a strong work ethic. Knowledge of special needs or education is advantageous but not mandatory, as full sector training is provided.
