The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our experienced sales team. This is a full‑time, office‑based position in Leeds, ideal for someone who brings new energy, fresh ideas, and a strong drive for success. You will play an important role in supporting day‑to‑day sales operations, managing customer enquiries, and helping the business grow.
* Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
* Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and documentation
* Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems
* Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks
* Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
* Assist with telesales activities and follow‑up calls
* Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience
Required Skills & Attributes
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent telephone manner and confidence speaking with customers
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong organisation and time‑management abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Team player with a proactive approach
Useful Skills & Experience (Preferred but Not Essential)
* Knowledge of bearings or similar industrial sectors
* Engineering qualifications or technical background
* Experience using SAGE 200
* Confidence with telesales and customer outreach
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
