Salary: £18k + Uncapped Commissions
Working Hours: Full-Time/Contractor
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for buying applicants, guiding them through the buying and selling process.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both vendors and buyers to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
* Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
* Provide market insights and professional advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
* Manage and update property listings to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in estate agency or sales is highly desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
