With a strong presence across industries such as medical, automotive, food processing, and renewable energy, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven Business Development Executive to make a real impact.
You will be responsible for generating leads, developing meaningful sales interactions, and converting prospects into customers through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Participating in four daily "Power Hours" of outbound calls to uncover new opportunities
* Maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM to ensure accurate pipeline tracking
* Preparing quotes and proposals in response to customer enquiries
* Forensically following up on all leads through to conversion
* Supporting customer service during peak periods when required
* Submitting a simple weekly plan to outline goals and targets
What We're Looking For
* Fluent English speaker (written and verbal)
* Relentless drive to uncover and convert new business
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Detail-oriented, organised, and goal-driven
* A positive and agile mindset that aligns with company values
