Job Purpose
Our client are seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships with clients. You will be responsible for maintaining long term key customers by managing the delivery and support of services as well as being their main point of contact. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers as well as being highly organised.
Responsibility extends to
1. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure a high level of service is provided.
2. Ensure our services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
3. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
4. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints
5. Providing financial information and reports to assist reporting into the finance function
6. Obtaining quotations from suppliers, raising purchase orders, and preparing quotations.
7. Contract management and system amendments on our in-house bespoke system SiteOps
8. Data analysis and internal and external reporting
9. Ensure that all work activities are in accordance with Company Health and Safety policy, procedures, and culture.
Requirements and skills
10. GCSE or equivalent (required)
11. Experience
12. Account management 1 year (preferred)
13. sales 1 year (preferred)
14. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
15. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
16. Excellent organizational skills
17. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
18. Microsoft proficient including excel
19. Ability to self- motivate and work within a team
