This is a hands-on, high-impact environment where ambitious, collaborative individuals can learn and progress rapidly.

The selection process
If you pass our screening, you’ll complete tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours. Successful results lead to a series of interviews. We set a high bar and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate.
Bending Spoons is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. We consider for employment any applicant and provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities—please let us know through this form.
Notes
To help you ramp up quickly, it’s recommended to spend your first months in our Milan office to absorb the company culture and build trust with your teammates. Afterward, you may work from Milan or London offices, or remotely from approved countries, depending on what is agreed at the offer stage.
