Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pub, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service. Must have Pub Management experience.
* Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Train and supervise bar staff, including bartenders and servers.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
* Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service.
Skills:
* Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of bar staff.
* Kitchen: Knowledge of food preparation and safety procedures.
* Food Safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Hospitality: Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
* Bartending: Proficiency in mixing drinks and knowledge of various alcoholic beverages.
* Supervising: Experience in supervising staff and managing schedules.
