Conduct feasibility studies and material selection processes to identify optimal packaging materials that meet performance and cost targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to validate packaging designs through testing and prototyping. Lead projects to improve packaging efficiency and sustainability, analyzing lifecycle impacts and proposing innovative solutions. Lead projects to improve internal material handling systems in storage and part movement, analyzing cycletime impacts and proposing innovative and cost effective solutions. Oversee the transition of packaging projects from concept through to production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging processes to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
