We are currently seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join our site in Dover. You will assist in managing the site finance department, supporting activities such as weekly forecasts, P&L reconciliations, budgeting, and period-end reporting, all in compliance with corporate policies and deadlines.
This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.

You will receive a salary of up to £36,000 per annum and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
* Complete weekly and monthly management accounts and review with operational management
* Provide detailed analysis and monthly reporting packs with supporting documents for financial charges
* Build relationships with key stakeholders and deepen operational understanding
* Support leadership in operational excellence through initiative and judgment, challenging the status quo for maximum benefit
What You Need to Succeed at GXO
* Proven experience in management accounting roles
* CIMA / ACCA student or AAT qualified or equivalent
* Ability to pass UK security checks
* Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders
* Knowledge of open and closed book accounting principles is beneficial
* Commercially focused mindset
