Qualifications
* Experience of administration, preferably in a higher education setting, and of records management systems (including but not limited to MS Office), with the ability to recognise and interpret trends or patterns in data
* Experience of exploring and seeking ways to improve and adjust levels and quality of service
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with colleagues inside and outside of an organisation
* Strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach to the work in-hand
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively across the role
