About the Role: As Health and Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust H&S policies and procedures across several schemes. You will be a key player in driving a positive safety culture and ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation and best practices. Key Responsibilities * Develop, Implement and review Health & Safety policies and procedures. * Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessment. * Provide advice and training to site teams and management * Investigate incidents and near misses, producing detailed reports and action plans. * Liase with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and subcontractors. Requirements * NEBOSH * 10 years expirience within health and safety in a construction setting. * Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, particualy in principal contractor enviroment. Interested?
