Position: Senior Care Assistant (Day Shifts)
Compensation: A GBP 14.80 per hour
Schedule:
* Day Shifts: 7am : 7pm, 3:4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends

Role Responsibilities
In this Senior Care Assistant role, you will lead and support a team to provide high:quality, resident:focused care.
Key duties include:
* Promoting independence and dignity for residents in daily activities
* Leading shifts and ensuring smooth handovers
* Overseeing medication rounds and ensuring accurate documentation
* Supporting team members and addressing training needs
* Conducting regular one:on:one check:ins with staff
* Investigating complaints and upholding best practices
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or Registered Nurse)
* Minimum two years experience in a care home setting
* Strong understanding of person:centred care and safeguarding practices
* Ability to commute within 30 minutes of the location
