The Hawthorns Care Home is looking for EXPERIENCED CARE ASSISTANTS to join our team.

Duties
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
* Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following health and safety protocols.
* Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Document care provided and any changes in residents' conditions accurately in IT systems.
* Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in care practices.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with residents and staff.
* Basic IT skills are necessary for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families.
* A caring attitude with a commitment to promoting the dignity and independence of individuals in your care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£12.45 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
