Job Title: Master Technician - BMW Scunthorpe
Location: BMW Scunthorpe
Hours: Full-time, flexible, 40 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis or shift patterns to suit your lifestyle
Salary: £45,755 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI bonus schemes

Role Overview: As a skilled technician, you will join a team supporting our brand in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, so brand experience is not required. You will receive regular technical training to stay updated with the latest technology through manufacturer courses and our Marshall Academy.
Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
* A team player comfortable with set processes and procedures
* Qualified Vehicle Technician with industry-recognized qualification, ideally Level 3 (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent); Level 2 considered
* Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
* Motivated, dedicated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety
* Tech-savvy and confident using iPad software
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform servicing and maintenance across all vehicles of the brand
* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work within brand parameters
* Conduct MOT testing if qualified
* Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
* Perform electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
* Support Apprentice Technicians
* Contribute to process improvements and innovations
