What will you be doing?
As the Payroll Supervisor on the Helpdesk team, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving complex payroll escalations and delivering effective solutions. In our fast-paced environment, the Helpdesk handles a high volume of internal and external inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your role will be essential in overseeing customer demand, strategically assigning and prioritising queries to ensure timely and efficient support. You may have previously worked in roles such as Payroll Assistant, Payroll Administrator, Payroll Advisor, Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Team Leader, or Payroll Coordinator.

* Stage one week commencing 23rd June 2025 a Telephone/ MS teams interview
* Stage two week commencing 30th June 2025 a interview in our Manchester office
