Youll be the go-to technical trainer, helping people genuinely understand complex equipment (not just nod along politely). Youll build training programmes, deliver them, improve them, and make sure people walk away knowing what theyre doing not guessing.

What Youll Be Doing
1. Delivering technical training on machinery operation, maintenance and repair
2. Creating training materials -presentations, manuals, e-learning content
3. Working closely with management to shape training plans and objectives
4. Becoming the subject matter expert in digital systems, logic and telematics
5. Scheduling and delivering training sessions in line with business needs
6. Keeping training content up to date with product changes and innovations
7. Recording training activity and issuing certifications
8. Supporting warranty processes from a technical standpoint
