Job Overview
The post holder will assist the trained nurses whilst working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient and the family in delivering evidence‑based practice to patients and clients. The post holder will carry out direct patient care as documented under the supervision of a Registered nurse and on completion of agreed competencies.
