We have an exciting opportunity for Production Operatives to join our Operations Team working on Line 1 in Hamilton.

You will work as part of a fast‑paced production team, supporting the baking, decorating, and packing of cake products to meet production targets. This is a hands‑on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to quality and safety.

This is what you’ll actually do!
* Weigh ingredients and prepare batches in line with approved recipes and methods, ensuring accuracy at all times.
* Operate mixers and follow correct mixing techniques, as well as carry out general production duties across the line.
* Pack products at the speed of the production line, ensuring items are correctly picked, boxed, labelled, and palletised.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following a "clean as you go" approach. Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures and PPE use.
* Complete all required documentation accurately and contribute to quality assurance by following company standards.
* Work closely with the team to resolve performance or product quality issues, communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
* Take part in training activities and build knowledge of the production process to support flexible working across the line.
* Carry out additional duties in line with business needs.

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment (desirable but not essential).
