We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our building services team in a static role based in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of domestic and commercial properties, carrying out reactive maintenance and repair work.

The Plumber Role in more detail:
* Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in domestic and commercial settings
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and effectively
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
* Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and occupants
* Maintain accurate records of work completed
Plumber Application Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
* Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Good communication and customer service skills
* All operatives must successfully pass a Basic DBS check
