About the role
Ecclesiastical Planning Services, who are proudly part ofBenefact Group, are looking for a Product Managerto join our Gloucesteroffice.
As Product Manager, you willsupport the business to develop and manage EPSL’s Products and Proposition, ensuring they deliver against our target market customer needs, commercial objectives, and FCA regulatory responsibilities.

What you'll be doing
* Ensure our Products meet FCA regulatory requirements, continually reviewing and identifying opportunities for future improvements to help deliver excellent customer outcomes and ensure they deliver fair value.
* Manage the annual product review process, completing reviews for all open and closed products within agreed timeframes.
* Manage the EPSL Pricing Framework, ensuring all Appointed Representatives provide their at-need pricing information annually and any pricing exceptions are managed.
* Manage customer understanding monitoring for new customers, liaising with external research companies, and completing a Data Protection Impact Assessment where required.
* Keep abreast of market updates, competitor changes and appropriate legal and FCA regulatory legislation, presenting insight and recommendations to key stakeholders.
What you'll need to have
* Experience of managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders, at all levels.
* Experience of providing technical Product support to Product developments and changes.
* Commitment to deliver exceptional service contributing both as an individual and as an effective part of a team,and theability to build collaborative, productive relationships.
* Experience of managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders, at all levels.
What makes you stand out
* Excellent knowledge of the funeral plan market.
* FCA regulation expertise, particularly relevant experience of supporting development and maintenance of Products in a regulated environment.
* Experience of analysing market data and producing relevant reports.
