Customer Service Advisor - 12 Month Fixed Term
An exciting new opportunity has become available in our contact centre for a fixed term of 12 months.
The role has a starting salary of £23,613 per annum, rising to £25,439 per annum after key competencies of the role are met.
Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, this role involves responding to and providing hands-on assistance to tenants with general queries over the phone and email inbox.
The Customer Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for tenants and will handle queries with empathy, including those from potential customers and service providers. The role will build internal partnerships to provide a positive experience of Tai Tarian with a people-centric approach.
