Role overview:
Focusing on the EU markets (including – but not limited to – France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands), the purpose of this role is to work closely with the in-market teams to successfully manage Influencer & Talent Marketing for their respective territories. This individual will be responsible for managing campaigns alongside working with external agency(s) to bring JD’s campaigns to life with localised talent. The role requires an experienced understanding of the Influencer & Talent Marketing landscape, including direct work with Influencers and Talent on campaigns. Management of a team or individual may also be part of this role.
Responsibilities:
* Develop Influencer & Talent Marketing campaigns and strategies to increase JD brand awareness, social engagement, follower growth, and website traffic, in collaboration with the Influencer & Talent Marketing Lead / Head of.
* Manage relationships with external agencies supporting EU Influencer & Talent Marketing campaigns.
* Have an excellent understanding of digital, retail, and OOH landscapes to implement effective campaigns.
* Evaluate campaign effectiveness, drive results, collate content, and provide feedback.
* Build and maintain relationships within the wider business across the EU, including senior stakeholders.
* Lead EU Influencer & Talent Marketing in the absence of the Lead / Head of.
* Work closely with the UK Influencer and Talent Marketing team.
* Manage multiple campaign briefs, including budgeting, drafting contracts, identifying relevant talent, managing content and conversations, updating stakeholders, and reporting results.
* Plan and manage budgets for various projects.
* Establish and track KPIs and best practices for performance evaluation.
* Attend key events and activations, managing talent on-site, potentially including international travel.
* Manage existing relationships and cultivate new contacts within relevant industries.
* Manage key ambassador relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
Role objectives include managing a team and delivering high-quality campaigns across the EU, aligning with overarching JD marketing strategies.

Skills and experience required:
* Strong understanding of the JD brand and its influencer & talent landscape across territories.
* Extensive knowledge of the EU Influencer & Talent Marketing industry.
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in an ecommerce environment with Influencer & Talent Marketing background.
* At least 1 year managing individuals.
* Data-driven with experience in reporting and analytics trends.
* Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient with social media platforms, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
* Experience with influencer events and activations preferred.
* Multilingual skills are highly advantageous.
