Job Description
As our people are our most important asset, we are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our family. This role requires your own vehicle and mileage will be paid.

Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in leading people, building confidence and capability in your team enabling them to succeed.
* Ready to work in a fast‑paced environment whilst always leading by example.
* Pride in your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learn.
* Good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations; ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
* Reliable transportation for commute to work early in the morning.
* Accountability for the kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations.
* Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site.
* Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning.
* Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish each shift.
* Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
* Skilled multitasker with experience placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock takes.
* Early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days.
* Ability to learn new skills or improve skills already mastered.

* £13.11‑£14.11 per hour, depending on experience.
