HR Advisor – 12‑Month Contract
Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a highly commercial and fast‑paced business based in Trowbridge to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on a 12‑month contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a broad range of employment relations matters, including performance management, absence, disciplinary, grievance, and capability cases.
* Progress casework to successful outcomes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policy and best practice.
* Support wider people projects such as TUPE transfers, redundancy consultations and organisational change initiatives.
* Coach and upskill managers, deliver training on key policies and review HR resources, processes and templates to keep them current and effective.
* Produce Management Information reports and analyse people data (headcount, turnover, absence, etc.) to support business updates.
* Assist with HR projects, Works Council meetings, staff benefit reviews and generalist HR administration including contracts, onboarding and other activities.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong employment law knowledge.
* Solid experience managing a high volume of ER cases.
* Ability to work at pace in a dynamic, change‑focused environment.
* Confident communicator, pragmatic problem‑solver and trusted advisor with excellent stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness.
