Responsibilities
* Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect.
* Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store.
* Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
* Keep up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market.
* Follow all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.
Qualifications
* Love interacting with customers, hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
* Positive can‑do attitude, facing all situations in the store.
* Passion for our brand, fashion, and retail in general.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional language a plus but not mandatory).
* Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
* Previous experience is great but not necessary.
