Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of family law matters
* Focus on financial remedy and private children law
* Provide high-quality legal advice and maintain strong client relationships
* Support team operations, including maternity cover when required
* Contribute to the implementation of legal technology and efficient systems
* Attend networking and client events to represent the firm
* Willingness to work across Bedford, Milton Keynes, and Cambridge offices as needed
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (0–4 years PQE) in family law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage workload and work under pressure
* A proactive, collaborative, and professional approach
