Role OverviewYoull be hands-on in the machine shop, manufacturing prototype and low-volume production parts, using a range of materials and machines. This is a varied role where youll program, set and run CNC mills and lathes, contribute to problem-solving and prototyping, and uphold the highest quality standards.Your work in the machine shop will be critical to the success of the wider production team and youll be joining a company with one of the most recognisable brands in the world of technology. ResponsibilitiesManufacture and machine precision parts Program, set, and operate CNC mills (3 & 4 axis) and lathes.Work with Mazak, Mazatrol, Hurco machinery and Winmax programming.Inspect work using precision measuring equipment and maintain ISO 9001 standards.Collaborate on design improvements and continuous process enhancements.What Were Looking ForApprentice-trained machinist or minimum 5 years experience in a precision workshop environment.Skilled in manual machining (mills and lathes) and CNC programming.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.A proactive, detail-oriented individual, eager to learn and grow within the business.TPBN1_UKTJ
