About the Company
g2 Recruitment invests heavily in the development of our people. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Learning & Development team to include an additional Academy & Systems Trainer in our London office, with some travel to other sites.
About the Role
We seek someone passionate about recruitment, looking to transition from a 360 recruitment role into a sales support position. Our organic growth model hires all consultants as trainees, emphasizing rapid development of new starters. The role involves a blend of deskside and classroom training, supported by a high-achieving team. If you have recruitment experience and are seeking a diverse, fun role, get in touch!
Responsibilities
* Deliver various sales training programs for new starters.
* Provide recruitment systems training across applications (CRM, LinkedIn, Job Boards, MI Reporting).
* Collaborate with managers to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
* Keep training records updated.
* Conduct 1:1 training sessions using diverse coaching techniques.
* Provide feedback to managers on team performance and support strategies.
* Monitor and track individual development progress.
* Manage training logistics.
* Design and update training sessions.
Qualifications
* Experience in a 360 recruitment role.
* Willingness to travel weekly to different offices.
* Interest in a career within Learning & Development.
* Diligent and organized.
* Ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Languages: French, Dutch, or German.
* Experience recruiting in EU markets.
Pay Range and Compensation
Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 + 10% performance bonus after probation.
