Kent are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join a well-structured and dynamic reablement team. The client offers a full time or part time contract with an opportunity to work from home, a fair and manageable caseload and further training in your portfolio. The vacancy will be for an initial 3 - 6 months with potential for extension. Main Duties for the Reablement Physiotherapist includes; Assessing clients on the Reablement Pathway for up to 6 weeks in the community General rehabilitation of people with reduced function and mobility, working towards their individual goals to regain independence. They will also be working with individuals in our D2A bedded unit to increase mobility and safetyTo Be Successful; Previous experience working as a Physiotherapist in the community Reablement experience/ D2A experience Manual handling experience HCPC Registration Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you) Eligibility to work in the UK Physiotherapist Qualification Benefits of Working with our client based in Kent Our client offers the opportunity for additional training for both perm and temporary members of staff within the authority.
