Site Supervisor Kettering
Salary: £16-18 per hour

Monarch Education is representing a school that requires a Site Supervisor to start immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the school premises. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety are essential to create a safe and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications/Experience:
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
* Knowledge of building maintenance and repair, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily maintenance and repairs within the school.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections and hazard management.
* Supervise custodial and maintenance staff, providing support and performance reviews.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of facilities and equipment.
