Your expertise will help us in powering homes and businesses with clean, sustainable energy. Key responsibilities include:\n\nConduct detailed surveys of electrical systems to evaluate their suitability for solar PV installations.\nIdentify and highlight any defects or issues that may impact the proposed PV system.\nEnsure comprehensive documentation of survey findings.\nPrepare an electrical bill of quantities & Scope of works.\nCollaborate with the technical team to coordinate survey assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.\nMaintain punctuality and self-motivation in planning and executing survey schedules.\nUtilize company-supplied van for transportation to survey locations.\nReview information recorded on the company job management system.\nCompile survey data and images into a professional report, utilizing strong IT skills to present findings clearly and comprehensively.Key Qualifications:\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and relevant regulations.\nExperience in identifying and assessing defects or issues in Solar PV installation.\nSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and manage survey schedules independently.\nFamiliarity with solar installation practices, particularly in commercial settings, is advantageous.\nProficiency in IT skills, including the ability to generate comprehensive reports from survey data and images.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.\nClean driving license and be over 25 years old due to company vehicle insurance requirements.\nWillingness to travel to various project sites nationwide as needed.Minimum Relevant Qualifications:\n\nAM2\n18th Edition\nNVQ Level 3\nLevel 3 Testing and Inspection (2394/2395 or 2391)\nLevel 4 Design and Verification (2396) - Advantageous\nSolar Qualification - AdvantageousJoin Us:\n\nWe want to hear from you regarding this role or any other.
