We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join a successful Catholic Secondary School in Lambeth for a part-time permanent position. About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging music lessons to students across a range of year groups, likely on a pre-determined schedule. This includes: Planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum aligned with the National Curriculum for Music. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that ignites a passion for music. Encouraging students to develop their musical skills through practical activities and performance opportunities. Contributing to the ongoing development of the school's music program, potentially including after-school activities or school ensembles (depending on the specific role). The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Music is essential. Experience teaching music in a secondary school setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students of all ages and backgrounds. The ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that fosters a love of music. A passion for music and the desire to inspire a love of the subject in others.
