Job description
Our new Practice Manager will work alongside the 7 Partners to provide leadership and management in delivering safe and effective patient care. They will be responsible for the day to day running of the practice, as well as ensuring good communication between all members of the multi-disciplinary team. We are in search of a candidate who can demonstrate strong leadership and a good team spirit among staff. We envisage our newly appointed candidate to be integral to our team and to not be afraid of driving change to ensure the Practice’s thriving and sustainability over the coming years.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Management/Finance qualification.
* Excellent verbal & written communication, good listening skills.
* Experience of human resource ,I.T & Finance.
* Ability to work under pressure.
