We’re looking for a Bank Support Worker to join our wonderful team within Network 50!
Network 50+ provide activity and social support to people with learning disabilities, mental and physical health needs. The role:
The successful candidate for this role will be providing support to the people who attend the service in order to meet their individual needs, wishes and dreams and enable full participation in a wide range of activities.
Our ideal candidate will:
1. Have the ability to work in a person-centred way both on a 1 to 1 and also within a group
2. Be able to motivate and inspire people and to encourage new skills and experiences with minimal intervention
3. Have experience of supporting groups or individuals, especially those with a learning disability and dementia.
4. Be able to communicate effectively with people, including all members, colleagues and other organisations

Working hours are between 9am – 4pm.
