Job Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Grounds Person/Farm Hand to join the maintenance team at Maple Hayes Hall School in Lichfield. Maple Hayes is a small specialist school for pupils aged 7-17 that have a diagnosis of Dyslexia. To ensure the effective maintenance of the school grounds and farm facilities, providing a safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors. This role includes vehicle maintenance, animal care and grounds upkeep, as well as supporting the maintenance team during school functions. Salary: £23,000.00 - £26,000.00 per annum Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per annum including bank holidays Vehicle Maintenance Animal Care Grounds Maintenance Support for School Functions To work effectively as a member of a team, as well as under own initiative any other duties deemed necessary to assist in the smooth running of the school.
