IRecruit4 are seeking a motivated and driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our clients growing sales team on a permanent contract. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, engaging with prospects, and nurturing existing customer relationships. You will play a key role in driving sales revenue and promoting the full range of products and services we offer.
Key Responsibilities for Outbound Sales Representative: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow ups to generate new leads.
Identify new accounts and opportunities within the customer base.
Convert leads into sales and revenue opportunities.
Understand customer needs and establish the company as their preferred supplier.
Maintain and build a consistent sales pipeline, following up on leads proactively.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
Candidate Requirements for Outbound Sales Representative: Ability to persuade, influence, and sell effectively.
Strong self motivation with a desire to exceed targets.
Excellent customer relationship building skills.
Collaborative approach with internal teams such as Product & Marketing.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
PC and system literate, with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
Well-organised, reliable, and professional.
Ideal Experience for Outbound Sales Representative: Successful experience in telephone or outbound sales.
Experience in a fast paced, target driven sales environment.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing and growing a customer base is desirable.
Benefits for Outbound Sales Representative: Salary: £25,000£30,000 per year
